Mars!

Perhaps it is because we know so little about them, but the planets in our Solar System are fascinating to me. The Arizona Museum of Natural History has a new Mars exhibition that opens this Saturday, the 8th. It is complete with a full size Mars Rover, pictures and information of Mars, the 'red planet'. We know now more than ever about this planet due to all of the advanced technology. The cost is just the regular Museum admission fee: $9 - Adults, $5 - Children 3-12, $8 - Seniors 65+, $7 - Students 13+ with ID, free - Children ages 2 & younger.

Tomorrow nite (Friday, Nov 7th) is another astronomy nite at MCC planetarium. We went to the last one and it was really neat for our kids! Free 30-minute presentations starting at (I think) 6:30P. Last presentation starts at 9:30P. Now post about it!
