Mill Avenue District Third Thursdays
5pm to 10pm in the Mill Avenue District (try 5th and Mill). This month's event is "Girls Night Out" and includes a walking fashion show, mini-manicures, all-female music lineup and more. Go here for details.

ASU Spring Pow Wow
Begins 5:30 p.m. Friday and 11:30 a.m. Saturday and April 24.
ASU Band Practice Field at Sixth Street and Rural Road in Tempe.
$7-$10 per person; free for those younger than 6 or older than 60. Bring in canned food or hygeine products for reduced admission. Enjoy Native American music and dance and according to the East Valley Tribune: "There are also indigenous arts and crafts booths and piping hot fry bread so good it’ll make you want to slap your grandma for never making you anything so delicious." Bring your lawn chairs to the back lawn of the ASU Art Museum for this free, annual, outdoor film festival. The films are created by beginning and experienced filmmakers and feature different styles and various techniques. Each year the event receives submissions from around the world.
