The Mesa Fire Department is providing community members an opportunity to learn the Hands-Only CPR technique in less than 1 hour. Arizona researchers say Hands-Only CPR increases survival rates in most cases because it keeps blood pumping to the heart and brain without requiring unnecessary pauses for mouth-to-mouth breathing.
