Stargazing

Wednesday, grab your digital camera and head out to Red Mountain Branch Library for stargazing. Featuring Tony and Carol La Conte, professional Stargazers, this 40 minute presentation followed by an interactive outdoor session with at least four telescopes, will allow you to take an amazing photo right through the telescope lens. If there is inclement weather, the interactive multimedia lecture will be longer. Even if you don't own a digital camera, come out anyways to see the beauties in the sky. Catch a glimpse of Jupiter or exploding stars. See the Andromeda Galaxy, Mars rising in the east and more.
