Remember us telling you about Local First Arizona? They remind us why it's better to use local businesses and also help local businesses advertise and network. Anyway, their Annual Fall Festival is quickly approaching. It will be Saturday, November 1st at the Duck and Decanter (16th St & Camelback location) from 10am - 4pm. Come check out over 40 locally owned businesses (and yes, our favorite graphic designers will be in attendance selling our favorite handmade letterpress cards). There will also be free food and live music for your enjoyment. Plus, to ensure whole family is entertained, they will also have a raffle, a silent auction, a rock climbing wall and a jumping castle. If nothing else, it's worth the drive for the Duck's unique gourmet sandwiches. My favorite is the Vermont Treat.
