The Arizona Bridal Show (this weekend)

The holidays are a popular time of year for people to get engaged. So naturally it's perfect timing for the annual Arizona Bridal Show to be held just after the holidays are over. Aside from the many cool freebies they offer (bridal gowns, rings, subscriptions, etc) and a bit of some taste-testing, you can also get tons of ideas for your own wedding/meal/events, etc. It's this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, from 9am - 3pm at the Phoenix Convention Center. P.F. Chang's Rock 'n Roll Marathon (online registration ends this weekend)

There's still time to register online for P.F. Chang's Rock 'n Roll Arizona Marathon and 1/2 marathon. The event isn't until Sunday, Jan. 16th but online registration closes Jan. 9th (this Sunday). For more information, go here.
 

He Said, She Said (next week)

Next Tuesday on Jan. 11th from 6:00pm - 7:30pm at the East Valley Family Resource Center there's a free workshop titled, "He Said, She Said" that's aimed at "enhancing communication between men and women." The event is free, although registration is required. To register, go here. Info from here.
