Now thru Dec. 24th – Snow at Tempe Marketplace. Twice nightly at 7pm and 8pm.

Tonight – Opening Festivities at McCormick-Stillman Railroad park (festivities through Jan. 1, 2011) (Copy-and-paste job taken from here)

All Aboard Arizona’s most unique holiday event! Take a train ride through many festive holiday lights and displays turning the Railroad Park into a winter wonderland. Opening night festivities will include a tree lighting ceremony, entertainment and a visit from Santa. Santa will be at the park through December 23. Train ride is $2.00 and carousel ride is $1.00 each with children under three riding free with a paying adult. December 10, 2010 - January 1, 2011, 6:30 – 9:00pm

This weekend at POOL – “Christmas 1943”, etc.    If you’re shopping at POOL tonight (located on Stapley and Main), you can catch a performance by the Desert Rose Theatre of “Christmas 1943” at 6:30pm (curtain time at 7:30pm). There’s also a performance tomorrow at 1pm (curtain time at 2pm) as well. (If you miss this weekend’s performances, don’t worry - you can still catch them Wed – Sat of next week) Tomorrow morning there is also a Brown Music performance from 10am-noon.

Lastly – Mill Avenue in Tempe (North of University) has some really fun Christmas lights if you’re driving in the area at night.  We drove down Mill after heading to the ZooLights earlier this week, and it was sweet finish to a fun evening. Thought you might like it too.

Enjoy!!

Too funny-My family was just talking about the old Mervyn's, new POOL and mentioned how we wanted to know what it is. Any websites for it?
