Borders Summer Reading Program

In case you were interested in another summer reading program for the kids, and another chance to earn a free book, kids 12 and under can participate in Border's Double Dog Dare
Info from here.  And a sidenote: these books are the ones given away.  Doesn't seem like there is anything to offer a really young child, just so you know ahead of time.
Thanks Becca and Scarlett's Diary for the head's up!

Excellent! We finished the library summer reading program weeks ago, unfortunately, so this is very timely and welcome. My oldest is almost 7, so he can read some of those, and the girls can just wait their turn I guess!

I'm doing this with my 6 year old along with the library one and one from Barnes and Noble (http://www.barnesandnoble.com/summerreading/). We're looking forward to all the free books!

Half Price Books also has a reading program going.

(Talk about TONS of free books! We did the Mesa library, the Tempe library, Borders, Barnes and Noble, AND Half Price Books. SCORE! And yes, they read separate books for each program - to be fair.)
