Did you know that Banner Health offers a variety of classes in the valley including:

CPR and First Aid certification

Infant and child CPR for parents and caregivers

Breastfeeding support group with a lactation consultant

Prenatal classes, childbirth courses, and classes for expectant siblings

Check here and sort through the lists for a class that interests you.  Some are free and those that are fee-based are reasonably priced.  It's worth it to every parent to take some time to learn how to save a child's life in the event of an emergency.  And if you've learned before, perhaps you're up for a refresher course?
