Mesa Storytelling Festival

(image from here)

The Mesa Storytelling Festival was recognized by Good Morning America and features nationally recognized storytellers. This festival consists of 5 storytelling concerts and workshops with the featured storytellers. The Valley’s largest storytelling event celebrates the art of storytelling, a love of reading, and the power of the imagination! Personally (and as a former teacher), I think this sound fabulous and I wish everyone could embrace the power of a good story. (information from here)

Starting TODAY, October 23rd, 24th, and 25th at
Mesa Arts Center: 1 E. Main St.
Cost: Concert tickets are $11. Workshops are free with a ticket for that evenings concert, otherwise workshops are $5. Daytime events on Saturday, October 25th are FREE.
