Calling all Gardeners
Did you know you can garden in Arizona? It's true, and you don't even need a lot of space to do it. Gardening is therapeutic and a wonderful life lesson for children. The time to plant is now. What a great section! I am always forgetting when to plant things (since our 'seasons' are so untraditional!!)
What a great idea. I have never had a garden because it seems too daunting. With this box idea, I just might try it. It would be great to have something fresh to suppliment my three month supply :)
Whatever... you and I both know gardens don't grow in Mesa, AZ. I remember shoveling some REAL HORSE POOP into a garden once with my little sister. IT STILL DIDN'T GROW!!! ... Maybe because we didn't pee on it??
